NEW YEAR’S CORPORATE “RAGILD PATI”
TASK
This time, the company gave us a simple and challenging task at the same time. To organize a party for people who are tired of holidays and events, dress codes and feasts in restaurants, show programs and standard entertainment. Organize a party for a team that is tired of parties! Hold an event without limits and boundaries! An event where there are no rules, where you can afford everything! Our task was to organize this fun “anti-corporate” event so that it did not turn into uncontrolled chaos, but became the best informal celebration where 170 employees could relax and unwind.
SOLUTIONS
First of all, our “anti-corporate” party was called #RazGiL’DyayParty, which carried the semantic load of the holiday.Of course, a restaurant was out of the question, so the venue for the party was a concert hall.
On the first level of our hall there was a buffet line, a bar, a photo zone and a stage.All the activity of the evening took place here.The upper level of the hall served as a lounge area.Andrey Merzlikin, the host of the party, was assisted by actors from the Black Square improvisational theater. The coolest band London Hill performed from the stage, and they were happy to come out for an encore again and again. All guests were awarded with money. Real branded E-commerce money.
We designed the program so that none of the 170 guests would be left without attention and crispy bills. After all, at the end of the event, a “Super Auction” with unusual, non-standard lots was waiting for everyone, and a real fight broke out for them.
For us, the organizers, the most pleasant thing was that we again went beyond the stereotypes about the holiday, again tested ourselves for the impossible, which became possible thanks to non-standard approaches and competent organization!
