NEW YEAR’S PARTY OF SUPER-HEROES
TASK
The story of this corporate event began with the choice of a theme for the New Year’s celebration. Among the many themes, the company chose the Super Heroes theme. However, in the process of preparation, the company’s management and employees decided not to ignore all the favourite characters from films, cartoons, fairy tales and books. All the characters could rightfully be called Super Heroes, because they all lived on one big planet and each of them was part of the Super Nation!
SOLUTIONS
The main task of the event was to link diverse heroes into a single concept and unite them with a common mission. This mission was the task of finding the most important hero, who was the founder of the entire nation of heroes of this event. According to the tradition of our agency, this New Year’s corporate event was organised on a turnkey basis, where we could implement the idea in full, and the employees were fully immersed in the world of fantasy and creativity. This time, we decided to move away from the standard content of the holiday, and the entertainment programme was provided by the guests of the corporate party. We developed an individual scenario for the holiday, in which the key point was the video sequence. The whole concept was based on the correlation between the videos and what was happening in real time. Special attention should be paid to the defile of each character accompanied by professional dancers. The celebration was enchanting!
