The preparation of the #IntertopNewYear corporate event began with an interview. We are interested in every detail. After all, it is the little things that determine how the concept of the event will turn out. The first meeting set the tone for all the following months. Organising a New Year’s corporate event was a real adventure for each of us!
Our task was to organise a holiday at the highest level – a modern venue, a theme, a real show! We combined not only all the wishes of the management, but also took into account the company’s internal policy. At Intertop, non-financial motivation of employees is highly developed. That’s why we decided to focus on this. The theme of the Talent Show perfectly combined all the expectations of the management! A show is always large-scale. The guests became part of the evening’s show programme. Having divided the entire team into teams, we began preparing for this event.

SOLUTIONS

Every minute counts for any event!And for the Talent Show, detailed timing is especially important.We calculated every detail – the participants’ performances, the banquet part, the host’s programme, toasts and congratulations, music breaks… Solutions for all possible and impossible force majeure were thought out before the event.
For a talent show, the location should be modern and equipped not only with a stage, but also with professional sound, lighting and screens.Combining all the criteria, we offered several options.
