TASK

Organize a children’s birthday party in a short time (2 weeks). Think over the theme and decorate 450 square meters of space with an optimal budget. Organize catering in the event format. Build a program
in the form of a quest. Organize the shooting and editing of a birthday video
right at the event, so that guests could enjoy the highlights of the celebration with sweets. 

SOLUTIONS

Decor and design of the venue. Design and printing of printed materials (from invitations
and badges with quest maps, hints and riddles to a photo of an ox), personalized souvenirs, prizes and gifts. An individual quest scenario was written, and a team of animators, DJs, musicians, and a host were selected. 250 square meters of attractions were brought in. A mini-photo/video studio was organized for editing the footage and showing the edited video at the end of the holiday. Menu development and original presentation in the theme of the holiday!
The holiday was great thanks to the carefully thought out scenario and professionalism of all participants of this mega-show!
