The goal of this event was primarily to unite – to bring 500 people together
into a single friendly team in just 2 days!

The management of the all-Ukrainian agricultural company Eridon wanted to hold a team building
in the capital for all its regions at once. But this event was not originally planned,
as just a team building event. It was supposed to be both educational and entertaining,
and encouraging at the same time.

We wanted something original, new, and unusual! The quest immediately seemed like the perfect idea for this kind of event. After all, what better way to boost team spirit than competition? We witnessed the emergence of true friendship, support and sincere respect.

SOLUTIONS

The first day began with a light training conference in Kyiv. After that, two comfortable, roomy buses took the company’s employees to the Avanyurist country club, where the most fun quests were waiting for them, relaxing, exhausting and exhausting! We took great care in choosing the venue for the quests. After all, an ordinary restaurant or conference hall would not be suitable for such an event. We needed a specially equipped space for quests. Besides.
Besides, it was summer, and every office employee dreamed of outdoor recreation.

The location was so large that the meeting of our guests was both beautiful
and loud at the same time! While our coordinator girls were escorting everyone to the stage, the host was cheerfully and loudly announcing the start of the team building.
We divided 500 people into teams by region. 20 teams of 25 people each. On the first day, the participants had to complete 10 stages of the quest. At each stage, 2 teams competed with each other. The host invited 20 captains to the stage to present the name of their team and an individual slogan that characterized them. The teams that competed with each other were determined by drawing lots.
