Our agency is proud of all the events we organize, and we are pleased to tell you how joyful and unforgettable we make birthdays, corporate parties, weddings and many other memorable dates for our clients. But it often happens that we are asked to organize a completely closed event, where the main requirement is confidentiality. We understand the importance of such a condition and strictly observe it. Confidentiality is at the heart of all our projects.

We provide our clients with reliable and professional contractors, with whom we have been working for many years and we are responsible for their actions as for our own.

We understand and value client’s trust and know how it is not easy to earn it. We respect the confidentiality of events because we respect the client and are convinced that high quality service should not be achieved at the expense of event privacy.

Some of our projects are done under conditions of strict confidentiality. In such cases, we are committed to taking appropriate measures to preserve it. This means a level of privacy that completely eliminates the possibility of distributing and using any information about the event. We do many of our holidays with a condition that only photos without guests will be used for the portfolio. We do not include information about the client, but only demonstrate the agency’s capabilities. And even if the client’s requirements for privacy are not so high, we consider it possible to use any information about the event only after permission. All the photos of the party selected by the agency and the text of the information message about the party we are obliged to coordinate.

Among our regular clients there are organizations and private persons for whom confidentiality, quality and service are the three pillars on which our cooperation is based. These customers have a special status, which implies a trusting relationship. For them we have long become a “personal” agency, which is addressed not only for the organization of the holidays, but also for advice or help in choosing gifts (because gifts can also be very different). We responsibly treat these services and gladly help in selection, purchase, delivery and presentation of a surprise (even if such gifts are not available in Ukraine, and they must be ordered abroad).

Organizing your party, we understand how high demands of privacy can be, and, if necessary, we conclude a confidentiality agreement with you. It can specify both the permissible amount of information to be disclosed and complete confidentiality of information about the event.
